1. Who you are agreeing with

PupPath is published by k-tech (Baudouin Keunne), Lindener Str. 36, 38300 Wolfenbüttel, Germany. These terms govern your use of the PupPath app and this website. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. What you get

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PupPath on devices you own or control. The app is provided free of charge. There are no purchases, no subscription and no account in this version.

Paid content may be added in a later version. If it is, it will be new material: the programs and features that are free today stay free for everyone who already has the app.

3. The training content, and its limits

PupPath teaches everyday manners using reward-based methods. The content is educational. It is not veterinary advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified trainer or veterinary behaviourist working with you and your dog in person.

Some problems need a professional, and the app says so where it matters. In particular, if your dog shows fear, guarding, growling or biting, stop and get in-person help. A sudden change in behaviour can be pain or illness and belongs with a vet first.

4. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your dog, for your own safety and for the safety of others, including when following anything you read here. Train at a pace your dog can manage, keep your dog under control in public, and follow the leash, muzzle and liability laws where you live. Stop any exercise that frightens or hurts your dog.

5. Availability

The app works offline and does not depend on a server to function. We may still change, update or discontinue it, and we are not obliged to keep any particular feature. Your installed copy keeps working with whatever it contains.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its text, illustrations, curriculum and this website belong to k-tech. You may use them for your own training. You may not copy, resell, republish or build a competing product from the content.

7. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the app, other than for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or where statutory product liability applies. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. The app stores

You also get PupPath through Apple or Google, whose own terms apply to the download and to your device. They are not a party to these terms and are not responsible for the app.

9. Changes and applicable law

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. The law of Germany applies, so far as that does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.

PupPath wird herausgegeben von k-tech (Baudouin Keunne), Lindener Str. 36, 38300 Wolfenbüttel, Deutschland. Diese Bedingungen regeln deine Nutzung der App PupPath und dieser Website. Wenn du sie nicht annimmst, nutze die App bitte nicht.

2. Was du bekommst

Du erhältst ein persönliches, nicht ausschließliches und nicht übertragbares Recht, PupPath auf Geräten zu nutzen, die dir gehören oder die du kontrollierst. Die App wird unentgeltlich bereitgestellt. In dieser Version gibt es keine Käufe, kein Abonnement und kein Konto.

In einer späteren Version kann bezahlter Inhalt hinzukommen. Wenn ja, handelt es sich um neues Material: Die Programme und Funktionen, die heute gratis sind, bleiben für alle gratis, die die App bereits haben.

3. Die Trainingsinhalte und ihre Grenzen

PupPath vermittelt Alltagsmanieren mit belohnungsbasierten Methoden. Die Inhalte sind pädagogischer Natur. Sie sind keine tierärztliche Beratung, keine Diagnose und kein Ersatz für eine qualifizierte Trainerin oder eine Tierärztin für Verhaltenstherapie, die mit dir und deinem Hund vor Ort arbeitet.

Manche Probleme gehören in fachkundige Hände, und die App sagt das an den Stellen, an denen es zählt. Zeigt dein Hund Angst, Ressourcenverteidigung, Knurren oder Beißen: aufhören und Hilfe vor Ort holen. Eine plötzliche Verhaltensänderung kann Schmerz oder Krankheit sein und gehört zuerst zur Tierärztin.

4. Deine Verantwortung

Die Verantwortung für deinen Hund, für deine eigene Sicherheit und die Sicherheit anderer bleibt bei dir — auch dann, wenn du etwas umsetzt, das du hier liest. Trainiere in einem Tempo, das dein Hund bewältigen kann, halte ihn in der Öffentlichkeit unter Kontrolle und beachte die Leinen-, Maulkorb- und Haftungsvorschriften an deinem Wohnort. Brich jede Übung ab, die deinen Hund ängstigt oder ihm wehtut.

5. Verfügbarkeit

Die App funktioniert offline und braucht zum Betrieb keinen Server. Wir dürfen sie dennoch ändern, aktualisieren oder einstellen, und wir sind nicht verpflichtet, eine bestimmte Funktion beizubehalten. Deine installierte Fassung funktioniert mit dem weiter, was sie enthält.

6. Urheberrecht

Die App, ihre Texte, Illustrationen, der Trainingsplan und diese Website gehören k-tech. Du darfst sie für dein eigenes Training nutzen. Du darfst die Inhalte nicht kopieren, weiterverkaufen, erneut veröffentlichen oder daraus ein konkurrierendes Produkt bauen.

7. Haftung

Die App wird so bereitgestellt, wie sie ist. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für Schäden aus der Nutzung der App; ausgenommen sind Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit, die Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz. Verbraucherrechte, die vertraglich nicht eingeschränkt werden können, bleiben unberührt.

8. Die App-Stores

Du erhältst PupPath zusätzlich über Apple oder Google, deren eigene Bedingungen für den Download und dein Gerät gelten. Sie sind nicht Partei dieser Bedingungen und nicht für die App verantwortlich.

9. Änderungen und anwendbares Recht

Ändern sich diese Bedingungen, ändert sich das Datum oben mit. Es gilt deutsches Recht, soweit dadurch nicht der Schutz zwingender Vorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaates entzogen wird.

PupPath est éditée par k-tech (Baudouin Keunne), Lindener Str. 36, 38300 Wolfenbüttel, Allemagne. Ces conditions régissent ton utilisation de l’application PupPath et de ce site. Si tu ne les acceptes pas, n’utilise pas l’application.

2. Ce que tu obtiens

Tu reçois un droit d’usage personnel, non exclusif et non transférable, sur les appareils que tu possèdes ou contrôles. L’application est fournie gratuitement. Cette version ne comporte ni achat, ni abonnement, ni compte.

Du contenu payant pourra s’ajouter dans une version ultérieure. Le cas échéant, il s’agira de nouveautés : les programmes et fonctions gratuits aujourd’hui le restent pour tous ceux qui ont déjà l’application.

3. Le contenu d’éducation et ses limites

PupPath enseigne les bonnes manières du quotidien par renforcement positif. Le contenu est pédagogique. Ce n’est pas un avis vétérinaire, pas un diagnostic, et pas un substitut à un éducateur qualifié ou à un vétérinaire comportementaliste travaillant avec toi et ton chien sur place.

Certains problèmes exigent un professionnel, et l’application le dit là où cela compte. En particulier, si ton chien montre de la peur, de la protection de ressources, s’il grogne ou mord : arrête et fais-toi aider sur place. Un changement brutal de comportement peut signaler une douleur ou une maladie et relève d’abord du vétérinaire.

4. Ta responsabilité

Tu restes responsable de ton chien, de ta sécurité et de celle d’autrui, y compris lorsque tu appliques ce que tu lis ici. Entraîne à un rythme que ton chien supporte, garde-le sous contrôle en public et respecte les règles de laisse, de muselière et de responsabilité en vigueur chez toi. Interromps tout exercice qui effraie ton chien ou lui fait mal.

5. Disponibilité

L’application fonctionne hors ligne et ne dépend d’aucun serveur. Nous pouvons néanmoins la modifier, la mettre à jour ou l’arrêter, sans obligation de conserver une fonction donnée. Ta copie installée continue de fonctionner avec ce qu’elle contient.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

L’application, ses textes, ses illustrations, son programme et ce site appartiennent à k-tech. Tu peux t’en servir pour ton propre entraînement. Tu ne peux pas copier, revendre, republier le contenu ni en tirer un produit concurrent.

7. Responsabilité

L’application est fournie en l’état. Dans les limites permises par la loi, nous ne répondons pas des dommages résultant de son utilisation, sauf en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave, d’atteinte à la vie, au corps ou à la santé, ou lorsque la responsabilité du fait des produits s’applique. Les droits que tu tiens de ta qualité de consommateur et auxquels il ne peut être dérogé restent entiers.

8. Les magasins d’applications

Tu obtiens aussi PupPath via Apple ou Google, dont les conditions propres s’appliquent au téléchargement et à ton appareil. Ils ne sont pas parties aux présentes et ne répondent pas de l’application.

9. Modifications et droit applicable

Si ces conditions changent, la date ci-dessus change aussi. Le droit allemand s’applique, sans priver le consommateur de la protection des règles impératives de son pays de résidence.
