The short version

PupPath collects nothing about you. The app has no account, shows no advertising, contains no analytics, and makes no network requests at all. What you enter stays on your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

What the app stores, and where

So that it can work at all, PupPath keeps the following in your device's own app storage:

Your dog's name, breed, age in months, and the goal you picked during onboarding
Which lessons you have completed, and when
Your streak and the badges you have earned
Whether the daily reminder is on, and the time you chose
Your chosen interface language

This never leaves the device. It is not transmitted, not backed up to us, and not accessible to us — there is no server on the other end to receive it. If your device is set to back itself up (iCloud, Google), that backup is between you and your device maker, under their terms.

What the app does not do

No user accounts, no email addresses, no passwords
No analytics, crash reporting or usage measurement
No advertising and no advertising identifiers
No location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo access
No tracking across apps or websites, and no data sold or shared with anyone

The app contains a billing library (RevenueCat) that is compiled in but switched off in this version, because the app is free. It is never started, so it opens no connection and stores nothing. Should that ever change, this page and the store's privacy disclosure will change first.

Notifications

The daily reminder is scheduled by your own device. Nothing is sent from us, and we cannot tell whether a reminder was shown or acted on. You can withdraw the notification permission at any time in your system settings; the rest of the app keeps working.

Children

PupPath is written for adults looking after a dog, and is rated for all ages because it contains nothing unsuitable. Since no data is collected from anyone, none is collected from children either.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third party — the typeface and every image are served from this same address. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage on your device alone. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and operation; that is the host's processing, not ours.

The app in your browser

The version at /app/ is the same app running in a tab. It keeps the same information — your dog, your progress, your language — in your browser's own storage instead of an installed app's, and it still sends none of it anywhere. Clearing your browsing data for this site clears it. The files are served by the same host as this page, so the same ordinary server logs apply and nothing further is added. There is no daily reminder in the browser, because scheduling one needs the installed app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase — your data is in your hands on your device, and uninstalling the app erases all of it. You may still contact us at support@k-tech.fun, and you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that affects what is collected will be described here plainly rather than folded into a longer document.

Was die App speichert, und wo

Damit sie überhaupt funktionieren kann, legt PupPath Folgendes im App-Speicher deines Geräts ab:

Name, Rasse und Alter in Monaten deines Hundes sowie das beim Einstieg gewählte Ziel
Welche Lektionen du abgeschlossen hast, und wann
Deine Serie und die erreichten Abzeichen
Ob die tägliche Erinnerung aktiv ist und zu welcher Uhrzeit
Deine gewählte Oberflächensprache

Das verlässt das Gerät nie. Es wird nicht übertragen, nicht zu uns gesichert und ist für uns nicht einsehbar — es gibt keinen Server, der es entgegennehmen könnte. Wenn dein Gerät sich selbst sichert (iCloud, Google), ist diese Sicherung eine Sache zwischen dir und deinem Gerätehersteller, zu dessen Bedingungen.

Was die App nicht tut

Keine Benutzerkonten, keine E-Mail-Adressen, keine Passwörter
Keine Analyse, kein Absturzbericht, keine Nutzungsmessung
Keine Werbung und keine Werbe-IDs
Kein Zugriff auf Standort, Kontakte, Kamera, Mikrofon oder Fotos
Kein app- oder websiteübergreifendes Tracking; keine Weitergabe und kein Verkauf von Daten

Die App enthält eine Abrechnungsbibliothek (RevenueCat), die zwar mitkompiliert, in dieser Version aber abgeschaltet ist, weil die App gratis ist. Sie wird nie gestartet, öffnet also keine Verbindung und speichert nichts. Sollte sich das ändern, ändern sich zuerst diese Seite und die Datenschutzangabe im Store.

Benachrichtigungen

Die tägliche Erinnerung plant dein eigenes Gerät. Von uns wird nichts gesendet, und wir können nicht erkennen, ob eine Erinnerung angezeigt oder befolgt wurde. Du kannst die Benachrichtigungserlaubnis jederzeit in den Systemeinstellungen zurücknehmen; der Rest der App funktioniert weiter.

Kinder

PupPath richtet sich an Erwachsene, die einen Hund versorgen, und ist ohne Altersbeschränkung eingestuft, weil nichts Ungeeignetes enthalten ist. Da von niemandem Daten erhoben werden, werden auch von Kindern keine erhoben.

Diese Website

Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies, betreibt keine Analyse und lädt nichts von Dritten — Schrift und alle Bilder kommen von derselben Adresse. Deine Sprachwahl liegt allein in der lokalen Ablage deines Browsers auf deinem Gerät. Der Hoster kann übliche Serverprotokolle (IP-Adresse, Zeit, angefragte Seite) zur Sicherheit und zum Betrieb führen; das ist die Verarbeitung des Hosters, nicht unsere.

Die App im Browser

Die Fassung unter /app/ ist dieselbe App, nur in einem Tab. Sie legt dieselben Angaben — deinen Hund, deinen Fortschritt, deine Sprache — in der Ablage deines Browsers ab statt in der einer installierten App, und sendet sie weiterhin nirgendwohin. Löschst du die Browserdaten für diese Seite, sind sie weg. Die Dateien liefert derselbe Hoster wie diese Seite aus, es gelten also dieselben üblichen Serverprotokolle und nichts darüber hinaus. Eine tägliche Erinnerung gibt es im Browser nicht, denn dafür braucht es die installierte App.

Deine Rechte

Nach der DSGVO hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit. Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten über dich vorhalten, gibt es für uns nichts zu beauskunften, zu berichtigen oder zu löschen — deine Daten liegen bei dir auf dem Gerät, und das Deinstallieren der App löscht sie vollständig. Du kannst dich dennoch unter support@k-tech.fun melden, und du hast das Recht, dich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.

Änderungen

Ändert sich diese Erklärung, ändert sich das Datum oben mit. Eine Änderung daran, was erhoben wird, steht hier im Klartext und nicht versteckt in einem längeren Text.

Pour fonctionner, PupPath conserve ceci dans l’espace de stockage de ton appareil :

Le nom, la race et l’âge en mois de ton chien, ainsi que l’objectif choisi au démarrage
Les leçons terminées, et quand
Ta série et les badges obtenus
Si le rappel quotidien est actif, et à quelle heure
La langue d’interface choisie

Rien de cela ne quitte l’appareil. Ce n’est ni transmis, ni sauvegardé chez nous, ni consultable par nous — aucun serveur n’existe pour le recevoir. Si ton appareil se sauvegarde (iCloud, Google), cette sauvegarde relève de toi et de ton fabricant, selon ses conditions.

Ce que l’application ne fait pas

Aucun compte, aucune adresse e-mail, aucun mot de passe
Aucune mesure d’audience, aucun rapport de plantage
Aucune publicité et aucun identifiant publicitaire
Aucun accès à la localisation, aux contacts, à la caméra, au micro ou aux photos
Aucun suivi entre applications ou sites, aucune donnée vendue ni partagée

L’application embarque une bibliothèque de facturation (RevenueCat) compilée mais désactivée dans cette version, puisque l’application est gratuite. Elle n’est jamais démarrée : elle n’ouvre donc aucune connexion et n’enregistre rien. Si cela devait changer, cette page et la déclaration de confidentialité du store changeraient d’abord.

Notifications

Le rappel quotidien est programmé par ton propre appareil. Rien n’est envoyé depuis chez nous, et nous ne pouvons pas savoir si un rappel a été affiché ou suivi. Tu peux retirer l’autorisation de notification à tout moment dans les réglages système ; le reste de l’application continue de fonctionner.

Enfants

PupPath s’adresse à des adultes qui s’occupent d’un chien et convient à tous les âges, faute de contenu inapproprié. Comme aucune donnée n’est collectée sur quiconque, aucune ne l’est sur les enfants.

Ce site

Ce site ne dépose aucun cookie, n’exécute aucune mesure d’audience et ne charge rien depuis un tiers — la police et toutes les images viennent de cette même adresse. Ton choix de langue reste dans le stockage local de ton navigateur, sur ton appareil uniquement. L’hébergeur peut conserver des journaux serveur ordinaires (adresse IP, horodatage, page demandée) à des fins de sécurité et d’exploitation ; il s’agit de son traitement, pas du nôtre.

L’application dans ton navigateur

La version accessible sur /app/ est la même application, dans un onglet. Elle conserve les mêmes informations — ton chien, ta progression, ta langue — dans le stockage de ton navigateur plutôt que dans celui d’une application installée, et ne les envoie toujours nulle part. Effacer les données de navigation de ce site les efface. Les fichiers sont servis par le même hébergeur que cette page : les mêmes journaux serveur ordinaires s’appliquent, rien de plus. Il n’y a pas de rappel quotidien dans le navigateur, car le programmer exige l’application installée.

Tes droits

Le RGPD te donne un droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, de limitation, d’opposition et de portabilité. Comme nous ne détenons aucune donnée personnelle te concernant, nous n’avons rien à communiquer, rectifier ou effacer — tes données sont entre tes mains, sur ton appareil, et la désinstallation les supprime toutes. Tu peux nous écrire à support@k-tech.fun, et tu as le droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès d’une autorité de contrôle.

Modifications

Si cette politique change, la date en haut change aussi. Un changement portant sur ce qui est collecté sera écrit ici en clair, et non noyé dans un texte plus long.
